Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

1. Overview

IronLine Response, Inc. (“IronLine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the IronLine Response automated missed-call text-back and scheduling platform available at ironlineresponse.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the Service. The Service is a business-to-business (B2B) software tool licensed to business entities and independent contractors (“Customers” or “you”). It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, consumer end-users.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information in order to provide and maintain the Service:

  • Account information: business name, contact name, business email address, billing address, and password credentials provided by the Customer when registering for an account.
  • Phone numbers: the Customer's business phone number(s) configured for missed-call text-back, as well as the mobile and landline phone numbers of the Customer's contacts and leads that are processed through the Service for the purpose of sending automated text messages and scheduling.
  • Message content: the text of automated and two-way SMS messages sent and received through the Service, including missed-call text-back replies, booking confirmations, and reminders.
  • Scheduling data: appointment times, calendar availability, and booking confirmations.
  • Usage and technical data: log data, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, and interaction data used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Billing data: payment method information processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including triggering missed-call text-backs, sending reminders, and managing automated scheduling.
  • Authenticate Customers and secure Customer accounts.
  • Process payments and maintain billing records.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of the Service.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and carrier messaging requirements.

We do not use the personal information of a Customer's contacts or leads for our own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to any third party — ever. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, message content, or any other personal information we collect to or with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This commitment is a mandatory condition of carrier messaging compliance and a core principle of how we operate. Selling personal information is not part of our business model, and we will not sell your information under any circumstances.

We may disclose limited information only to service providers and subprocessors who process data on our behalf strictly to deliver the Service (for example, telecommunication carriers, SMS gateway providers, and cloud infrastructure providers), and only under written agreements that require them to protect the information and prohibit any use or sale for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IronLine, our Customers, or others.

5. Text Messaging and Consent

The Service sends automated text messages (including missed-call text-backs, booking confirmations, and reminders) on behalf of our Customers. The Customer — not IronLine — is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consents and opt-ins from each recipient before any message is sent, including prior express written consent where required for marketing messages under the TCPA and carrier A2P 10DLC rules. We process and store phone numbers and opt-in status solely to transmit messages on the Customer's behalf. We do not initiate marketing campaigns to recipients without the Customer's instruction.

Recipients may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message and may request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. The full terms governing SMS messaging — including opt-in, message frequency, opt-out, and help instructions — are set out in our SMS Terms & Conditions, which are available at ironlineresponse.com/sms-terms and are incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

IronLine is registered as the message-sender for the Service's SMS features for carrier A2P 10DLC purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or message content with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, as required for carrier messaging compliance.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and billing information for the duration of the Customer's use of the Service and thereafter as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Message content, phone numbers, and scheduling data are retained for the period necessary to provide the Service and to comply with applicable legal and carrier recordkeeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Service against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Customers may access, update, or correct their account information through the Service. Customers may also request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations. Because the Service is a B2B tool, the consumer rights of a Customer's contacts and leads (such as requests to access or delete their phone number) should be directed to the Customer; we will reasonably cooperate with the Customer in responding to such requests. To submit a request, contact us at privacy@ironlineresponse.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. International Users

The Service is hosted and operated primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
